Welcome to my Grief Coach website. You will find here information about my practice and my three coaching programmes, designed to help people to understand and come to terms with grief, feelings of suicide or the end stage of life.

What is grief coaching?

Also known as Death Coach or Spiritual Coach, Grief coaching will help you make sense of the extremely complex situation that we face when we lose a loved one, feelings of suicide or when we find ourselves at the end-stage of our lives.

Death is by far the most misinterpreted stage of our life. What has made it even worse, is the fact that society has decided to look the other way, to completely ignore this whole subject, making “death” the big elephant in the room everyone desperately tries to ignore.

If you do feel suicidal or are grieving the loss of a loved one,  or simply live in dread with the idea of your demise, any of my three “Deconstructing” coaching programmes will help you. With them, I will show you how to “unlearn” negative conditioning towards death, suicide or how to face the last stages of life.

The aim is to transform a fear based, unconscious attitude towards “death” to a positive, conscious, creative one.

THE PRACTITIONER

Based between London and Ibiza. With a background as a certified acupuncturist, death doula and life coach, I have developed over time three coaching programmes to help guide my clients through grief, suicide and the last phases of life. Practicing first as an acupuncturist, I came to realise that what these people really needed besides palliative care, was coaching, someone that would show them how to go through the whole process of “dying”.

SUICIDE AWARENESS

Deconstructing Suicide, a suicide awareness coaching programme, is a new modality in grief coaching designed to help people with suicidal tendencies and their families.

Suicide awareness coaching plays a vital role in preventing suicide by empowering individuals to recognize and work with those in need while promoting open discussions about mental health.

We are here to help the client face their feelings, face their present environment and more important, to help them see the world around them from a new, positive perspective.

DECONSTRUCTing Grief

The Deconstructing Grief Programme is a new, in-depth approach to grief coaching.

The aim of this programme is to empower you to find a renewed sense of self-confidence, trust and safety. Following Deconstructing Grief will help you understand your grief, unravel the layers of emotional pain, uncover the secondary losses you’re facing (loss of confidence, loss of courage, loss of trust etc.), so that you can move from of stagnation or confusion to a place of understanding and empowerment.

If you are grieving the loss of a loved one who supported you, validated you and who made you feel safe, or you are just grieving the loss of your own identity, your self-confidence, and your sense of safety, then this programme is for you.

Deconstructing Death

Deconstructing Death is a new approach to death coaching. Combining my experience as a Death Doula with that of a Life Coach, I have developed a full in-depth programme about the process of death and how to prepare ourselves to face that inevitable phase of our lives.

Society is still in the middle ages regarding the concept of “death”. We aim to change this.

How do we help you in this process?

Firstly, by listening, by helping you organise your last wishes on this plane, mediating if necessary with past feuds or relatives and secondly, by using both the latest scientific theories and fear release as a starting point to see, study and experience where are we going from now onwards. With the proper focus, you may discover that death could be one of the most profound and interesting phases of your life.

Either if you are facing a serious illness or you are just curious or afraid at the idea of dying, this programme will help you understand this process.

Most people live an unconscious death, with hardly any idea of what’s going on, making it a painful and distressing process. It doesn’t really need to be like this. It does take courage and discipline but you can turn this process into an insightful, peaceful one instead. You can either go through a conscious, peaceful death or you can go through an unconscious one. The choice is yours.

We use guided meditations as part of the programme to guide our clients through decades of negative conditioning so that they can reach their full potential in such a critical time of their lives.

Below you can find an example. This one is designed to release stress and anger from our system in a passive way, ideally suited for clients that are already in a frail physical condition.
