It seems quite clear that deaths by suicide have reached epidemic proportions. And more worrisome, it seems that present suicide prevention techniques are not making enough progress to tackle this phenomenon.

Suicide awareness coaching is a response to that. It is a modality that goes deeper and further, beyond the impositions of our cruel society.

Therapy can very extremely useful, no one doubts that. But solving traumas and issues from the past might not be enough for a person to overcome their suicidal feelings. Many people just don’t like the world they see around them, they rather not be in it, simple as that.

Deconstructing suicide and other suicide awareness coaching programmes are a response to that:

to help the client face their feelings, face their present environment and more important, to help them see the world around them from a new, higher perspective.

The programme duration has an average of twelve weeks, with one or more coaching sessions per week, depending on the need of the client.

There are exercises to be performed after the sessions, so be prepared to dedicate a substantial amount of time to this programme.

Below you can find a guided meditation example, used as a preliminary training to the programme:
The Inner Child Exercise, designed to revisit and heal our childhood traumas.
